Comprehensive All-in-One Solution:

To meet the ever increasing requirements, test equipment manufacturers have started to offer advanced, fully-equipped test and assembly stations. Besides a functional robotics module, the associated peripheral equipment including the feeding and magazining devices can now be obtained as a comprehensive all-in-one solution from a single source.

The robotics module presented here allows users to prepare their own programmes within shortest times by means of logically structured menus. Short setup times make this module perfectly suitable for low-volume production. To increase the range of action, system-guided linear units covering lengths of 800 mm, 1,200 mm and 2,000 mm are available.

The MOVEMASTER robotic system consists of a robot, teaching box and drive unit. It can be programmed via any standard type of personal computer with serial interface. The PC is connected to the drive unit by means of an appropriate connection cable (3 m, RS232C).

On completion of the computer-generated programme this programme is transferred to the battery-buffer memory of the drive unit, i.e. the computer is only needed for programming purposes.

The practical and handy teaching box allows programming and monitoring of the working positions of the MOVEMASTER robot. Each working position from 1 to 999 is stored, and the complete sequence of the programme can be tested by means of the teaching box.

The modular drive unit forms an integral part of the robotic system. It includes the CPU and power electronics for controlling the robot.

Flexible Installation:

Flexible installation of the robot ensures that it is always ideally adapted to its specific tasks. The robot can be installed in an upright standing position (wall installation) or suspended from the ceiling. Wall or ceiling installation allow optimised utilisation of the available workspace.
