Inline Test System

The Inline Adapter follows our logical development concept of modular adapters. Its universal design allows any type of customisation, even on existing lines. Interface connections are available for all common types of test systems.
It goes without saying that “antistatic material” is used exclusively.

 

Functions of the Inline Adapter:

• Two-sided contacting of the test specimen
• Easily exchangeable contact carrier plates
• Pneumatic drive of contacting units
• Internal processes are PLC sensor-controlled with safety links
• Extreme start-up accuracy of the spring pins is ensured by 4-point drive and ball-bearing slide
• Transport and positioning of the workpiece holder on a chain conveyor
• Allowing installation on existing lines.
